STRUCTURAL REPAIRS

Foundation repairs, structural framing, concrete restoration, load bearing wall repairs, and building envelope work. We assess structural damage, coordinate with engineers when required, and execute repairs that restore the integrity of the building correctly and permanently.

EXTERIOR RESTORATION

Stucco remediation, waterproofing, painting, window and door replacement, balcony and railing restoration, soffit and fascia repairs, and concrete repair. We work with HOAs, condo associations, and property managers to plan and execute exterior restoration around residents and ongoing operations.
