land ACQUISITIONS

We buy land, lots, and development sites across Florida — and we build something the market actually needs on every one of them.

BUILT BETTER BY GENERAL

We don't just buy land. We steward it.

Every lot and parcel we acquire gets developed to its highest and best use — not flipped for a quick return, not left sitting. We've taken overlooked, distressed, and underutilized properties across Florida and turned them into quality housing, income-producing assets, and spaces that serve the communities they're in. That's not a marketing position. It's how we've operated since day one.

If you're selling land and you care what gets built on it — or if you simply want to sell to a buyer who moves with conviction and closes with certainty — we want to hear from you.

WHAT LAND SELLERS SHOULD KNOW

  • What types of land does General acquire?

We look at vacant lots, raw land parcels, infill sites, and development-ready properties across Florida. We're active in Southwest Florida, the Gulf Coast, and emerging markets like the Space Coast. We focus on sites where we can deliver a clear highest and best use — typically residential SFR, small multifamily, or mixed development. We don't buy land speculatively and hold it — we build

  • Do I need a broker to sell my land to General?

No. We work directly with landowners, heirs, estates, and representatives. If you have a broker representing you that's fine too — we work with agents. But you don't need one to submit your property or have a conversation with us.

  • What information do you need to evaluate my property?

Start with the basics — location, parcel size, current zoning, and your asking price or basis. If you have a survey, title history, or know of any encumbrances or easements that's helpful but not required to start the conversation. We'll ask for what we need as we go. The more detail you give us upfront the faster we can respond.

  • How quickly does General respond to submissions?

We review every submission and respond to anything that fits our acquisition criteria. If it's not the right fit we'll tell you that too — we don't leave people hanging. Response time is typically within a few business days depending on volume.

  • What makes General different from other land buyers?

Most land buyers are either speculators or intermediaries. We're operators. When we buy land we have a development plan behind it — we know what we're building, how we're building it, and what it becomes when we're done. If you care about what happens to your land after you sell it, that matters. If you just want to sell and move on, we're still a straightforward buyer who moves with certainty.
