WHAT REALTORS SHOULD KNOW ABOUT WORKING WITH GENERAL

  • Does General work with outside realtors?

    Yes — selectively. We work with realtors who bring qualified buyers for new construction, investment property, or land transactions. We don't work with every agent who reaches out but if you have a serious client and a real opportunity we're worth a conversation.

  • How do land & home packages work?

    When a realtor brings us a land lead we evaluate the lot for size, zoning, setbacks, and buildability. If it works for us we purchase the land and build on it — either a custom home for a buyer your client connects us with or a spec home we sell through JB Richards our affiliate brokerage. Realtors who bring us the land listing earn on the land sale and on the finished home sale — 6% of the sales price. It is one of the most straightforward ways to double your commission on a single relationship.

  • Can I bring a land or investment deal to General directly?

    Absolutely. If you have a client sitting on a vacant lot, an infill parcel, a distressed property, or a development opportunity in Southwest Florida — bring it to us directly. We evaluate every deal fast and give you a straight answer. No runaround, no committee. If it works we move and we make sure you are taken care of on the back end.

  • What markets does General operate in?

    We're active across Southwest Florida — Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte — and up the Gulf Coast through Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. We're also active on Florida's Space Coast in Brevard County. If your listing or client is in one of these markets we want to hear from you.
