  • What types of renovation does General handle?

    We handle the full range — cosmetic updates, kitchen and bath remodels, flooring, roofing, impact windows, structural work, additions, and full gut rehabs. We work on single-family homes, multifamily up to 12 units, and condos. If it needs to be renovated we can scope it.

  • Do you work with homeowners or just investors?

    Both. Unlike our new construction and investment work which is selective, renovations are open to all clients — homeowners, investors, landlords, and property managers. If you have a property that needs work we want to hear about it.

  • How does General scope a renovation project?

    We walk the property, assess what's needed, and give you a honest scope — not a low-ball number to win the job and change order you to death. We price for what the project actually requires. If there's flexibility in the scope we'll show you where you can save and where you shouldn't.

  • What markets does General renovate in?

    We're active across Southwest Florida — Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte — and up the Gulf Coast through Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. We also work on Florida's Space Coast in Brevard County. If your property is in a market we serve reach out and we'll confirm.
